Spinach & Feta Cannelloni

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (gas mk 6, 400°F). Take a deep dish, approximately 20cm square. Determine how many cannelloni you can lie flat inside the dish, and set aside any unused cannelloni. Chop the feta cheese so that you have one strip for each cannelloni.

2. Insert a strip of feta into a cannelloni, and then push in some spinach around the cheese. Repeat for each cannelloni.

3. Lightly butter the dish, and lay out the cannelloni.

4. Pour the pasta sauce over the cannelloni, and top with the grated cheddar.

5. Bake for about 35 minutes on a middle shelf, until the cheese is lightly browned. Serve.

200g Feta Cheese
