General Advice for from 7 months recipes

At the second stage, your home made foods should be thicker than previously.

Start to introduce small lumps of food to encourage your baby to begin chewing.

Increase the amount of food your baby eats and begin to add more variety into your baby’s diet.

Your baby should be eating three meals a day.

By 9 months your baby should be eating some finger foods, such as slices of wholemeal bread, breadsticks, and sliced fingers of fruit or raw vegetables.

Organically grown ingredients are best if you can get them. Your local supermarket should be able to supply a good range of organic produce.
