1. Cut the avacado in half, and remove the stone. Scrape out the flesh into a bowl, and mash with a fork. 2. Peel, deseed and finely chop the tomato (you can easily peel the tomato by pouring boiling water over it and leaving it in the water for a couple of minutes). Finely chop the red onion. 3. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl, and serve. If the red onion is too sharp for you, just omit it.
